This is our lighter daytime version of the Polar Night Bonfire Trip. You will be transported to the top of the mountain with a snowmobile sled or the slope prepper after breakfast. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea with a great view of the Alta fjord from the small cabin "Bjørnehiet".
The Arctic Light
Depending on what month you take this tour, you will experience the different shades of the Arctic light. In December there is little daylight, but a possibility to see beautiful colors on the horizon.From the end of January, the sun slowly returns to the North, and maybe you will see the first rays of sunlight up here.
Duration
December - April Everyday between 09:00-11:00. Other times on request.
To get back to the lodge, you will be given the opportunity of walking or tobogganing down the slopes
